1 salmon burger patty (my favorite are by Trident)
2 corn tortillas
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
½ cup red cabbage
2 slices avocado
2 tablespoons salsa
1. Preheat oven 350°F.
2. On cookie sheet place salmon burger patty. Bake salmon patty for 4 minutes on each side (if frozen bake for 7 minutes on each side).
3. Remove from oven and allow patty to cool down for 1 minute. Slice patty into long strips. Squeeze lemon juice over strips.
4. Wrap tortillas in paper towel and heat in microwave for approximately 7 seconds.
5. On top of the two tortillas divide cabbage, salmon strips, avocado, cilantro and salsa.
