1 salmon burger patty (my favorite are by Trident)
1 onion round slice
1½ tablespoons light mayo
3-4 drops of Sriracha red chili sauce
1 100 calorie wheat bun
1.Preheat oven 350°F.
2. On cookie sheet place salmon burger patty and onion slice. Bake salmon patty for 4 minutes on each side (if frozen bake for 7 minutes on each side). Bake onion for 4 minutes on each side.
3. Prepare spread by mixing mayo and sriracha until completely blended, then spread over bun.
4. On bun, add lettuce, onion and top with salmon burger patty.
