Chicken Lettuce Wraps Recipe

2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken meat
½ cup mushrooms (chopped)
1 cup water chestnuts chopped
¼ cup scallions
1 tablespoon minced garlic
¼ cup onions chopped
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
3 tablespoons water
Iceberg lettuce
1 tablespoons olive oil or water

1. In a small bowl mix together oyster sauce, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, rice wine and water.
2. In a medium sauté pan on medium high, warm up olive oil and sauté onions and water chestnuts. After two minutes add mushrooms and scallions.
3. Once mushrooms have cooked down add in chicken and soy sauce mixture. Heat until warm.
4. Serve with iceberg leaves.
