Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (browned and drained)
16 oz can Velveeta Queso Blanco (chopped in blocks)
14 oz can baked beans
14 oz can Ro-tel
14 oz can white queso sauce
½ cup green bell pepper (chopped)
¼ cup white onion (chopped)
1 bag tortilla chips
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
1. In a crock pot add in Velveeta Queso Blanco, white queso sauce, and all of the contents of your baked beans and
rotel. Allow cheese to cook down for approximately 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Cook ground beef on medium-heat until completely browned then drain off any excess fat. Into the pan add onions,
bell peppers, salt, pepper and garlic powder and cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Add 2 cups of BBQ sauce into the pan of ground beef and stir until it is distributed evenly.
4. Prepare nachos in a bowl adding chips first, then top with beef and finally cheese sauce.
