1 100% whole wheat English muffin
3 tablespoons precooked chicken apple sausage (chopped)
3 tablespoons pesto sauce
2 tablespoon grated part skim mozzarella
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Split the English muffin in half and lightly toast. Top each half with 1 ½ tablespoons of both pesto sauce, chicken apple sausage, and 1 tablespoon mozzarella. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is hot and lightly browned.
